I am a highly experienced and effective life/executive coach emphasizing accountability and providing strategies to help you achieve the goals you want in your life by using the ³Here and Now² approach. Coaching will consist of techniques, which realign and interrupt thinking patterns, which ³don¹t work² for a more authentic way of being. The coaching will give you insight into what gets in the way of you meeting your goals and having the integrity to acknowledge it. Simply said coaching is partnership in responsibility. I achieved my MA in counseling psychology in 2000. During my internship I have provided therapy for individuals, families, couples, children and adolescents of diverse symptoms. I understand and emphasize the importance of providing a warm nonjudgmental attitude and a nurturing atmosphere where one may feel safe enough to talk openly about personal matters or problems.
Your needs will guide my decisions about techniques to be used to alleviate symptoms and encourage positive changes. My favorite quote is ³nothing changes within us unless we first accept it.² I experience personal joy as I see individuals confront, understand and surmount their problems. It is extremely rewarding to see people transcend obstacles they encounter in their lives and become happy and usefully whole.
